What counts toward the two hours of monthly support?
Content edits, small changes, and technical fixes you request. Updating prices, swapping photos, fixing a broken link, adding a testimonial. Unused time does not roll over. If a request will take more than the time you have left, we tell you before we start and quote the difference.
Does the Care Plan include SEO or marketing?
No, and that's on purpose. The Care Plan keeps your site live, safe, and current. It does not try to be a marketing program at a maintenance price. When you want leads from search, content, or ads, that's LNC Growth OS™, and we'll walk you through it.
What about new pages, redesigns, or new features?
Those are projects, not maintenance. We scope them, quote them, and you approve before any work starts. The Care Plan maintains the site you have, so the price can stay flat and fair.
